Our company registration number is Registered in England and Wales no. 3857880. The term "you" refers to the user or viewer of our website.

Helpline
The technical help you can expect from Midland Computers depends upon the product you have purchased.
If you have purchased components from our shop, then you should refer to the manufacturer's own help and support services before contacting us.
Computer systems built by us are fully supported by Midland Computers and we offer full technical support on a normal charge rate number (01952 588688) from Mon-Fri 9am-5pm.

Returns and Refunds
If you wish to return any goods you have purchased from us, in order to give you a full refund we require all of the original packaging and contents undamaged. Without these an additional charge may apply. If the reason for return is not fault related, then you may be charged a restocking fee.
Software may only be returned and refunded if it is unopened and unused.
BEFORE RETURNING ANY GOODS YOU MUST FILL OUT A RETURNS FORM.
Please contact us for a copy if required.

Warranties
All components are covered by a full manufacturer's warranty for a minimum of one year. Many manufacturers will offer a longer warranty at their discretion.
Midland Computers PCs have warranties specified on their details and quotations.
On-site warranties are only valid for UK mainland.

Complaints Procedure
If you wish to make a complaint, please first send all the relevant details to us in an email (sales@midlandcomputers.com ) or by letter.
You must ensure that you quote any Order or Reference numbers given to you along with your name and details how we can contact you. Any complaints will be dealt with swiftly and efficiently.

Handling complaints
We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and work to resolve your dispute swiftly, keeping you fully informed at all stages. Midland Computers will deal with any complaints fairly, confidentially, and effectively. We strive to enhance our performance as the result of any problems our customers encounter, to ensure they do not occur again.
