Double success - Shropshire Chamber of Commerce, March 09

20-03-2009

There was a ‘double delight’ for a Telford accounts worker when she received a duo of business accolades.
Amy Stephens (27), who works at Midland Computers in Halesfield, achieved two separate training accreditations recently.
Amy, of Dawley, Telford, is based at the company’s Sovereign Park showroom and has gained the BP Sage 50 Accounts 2009 Award together with the Sage Payroll New Features 2009 Certificate.

Worthwhile
She commented: “It has been hard work but well worthwhile to learn about these new accounting features and legislation. The qualifications will keep us up to speed and maintain our Sage accredited status.”
Company director Peter Barfield, added: “These two awards mean that our continual quest for knowledge can be passed on to customers to assist in the smooth running of their operations and we are thrilled with Amy’s efforts.”
