Details
ADSL devices such as ADSL modems and routers share a common telephone line with conventional analog telephones, fax machines, answering machines and other analog telephone devices. It is necessary to install a low pass filter to block the higher frequency channels used to deliver DSL services for every telephone or POTS (Plain Old Telephone Services) devices that share the line with the ADSL equipment.
The microfilter has one BT phone plug and two sockets (RJ-11 and BT phone socket).
