The Midland Computers Wires Only Broadband packages provide Internet connectivity to your premises via your telephone line. This service covers our business partner's network, through your local phone exchange to your master socket.
Your internal wiring from the master socket and any Customer Premises Equipment (CPE - Router/Switches/Filters) are your responsibility unless otherwise covered by a specific Maintenance Contract.
The following is an example of the response times you should expect from reporting a Wires Only Support request during normal working hours Mon-Fri 9am - 5pm.

The Midland Computers Managed Broadband packages provide an extra level of support whereby we will access and diagnose your router and provide replacement equipment where deemed necessary. We will provide a standard business router which you lease monthly. This equipment remains the property of Midland Computers.

Pre-configured replacement hardware (router or filter) shipped overnight for replacement by the client at the connected premises. Sent hardware will be invoiced and credited once you return the old equipment within 14 days. You must return old equipment by insured postage/courier that requires a signature and proof of delivery. Delivery is at the clients cost. |

What is not covered:-
In some cases your broadband may be much slower than predicted by our diagnostic tools. This situation can be the consequence of poor wiring, telecommunication equipment such as alarm systems, fax machines, answer machines etc.
