Premium+

Premium+ is perfect for businesses requiring high broadband. Ideal for power users, Premium+ includes some impressive features, such as: unlimited usage during usual business working hours, 100Mb webspace, an impressive download guarantee of 500Kbps; which means that dependant on your exchange we can guarantee your download speeds at anytime of day or night!

Premium+ Enhanced Upstream

Alternatively, businesses or sites sending a large amount of data/emails to other locations, may benefit from subscribing to Premium+ Enhanced Upstream. Utilising the technology of ADSL2+ and Annex M, Premium+ Enhanced Upstream includes the same features as Premium+ but delivers speeds of up to 24Mb downstream and up to 2.5Mb Upstream with 1Mb guaranteed in each direction. In some cases downstream speeds may reduce in order to secure upstream bandwidth availability. Note: to take advantage of this service your line must be LLU enabled and your router must be Annex Mcompatible. Setup is free if migrating in using a valid MAC code, otherwise, a setup fee of £90 applies.

In addition Premium+ also includes: free setup (if migrating in using a valid MAC code, if not a £50 setup fee applies) free Anti-Spam and Anti-Virus controls and 100Mb Mail Storage.

Compatible Hardware

If subscribing to Premium+ Enhanced Upstream it is imperative that the hardware you use is Annex M compatible.

Fair Use Policy

Outside of usual business working hours Lite broadband is subject to a 25GB per month usage allowance. This limit only applies between the hours of 6pm and 11pm.
