Microsoft Small Business Server 2011 is going end of life in less than a year. This will mean no more security patches, you will be vulnerable to bugs and 3rd party software and hardware providers will stop supporting the operating system. This also applies to the components of Microsoft Small Business Server 2011, which include Exchange Server 2010 and Server 2008.
